One pot meals
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - one pot recipes are my ideal type of meal.
Firstly, they taste amazing because everything cooks together in the same sauce. Secondly, they are a balanced meal with carbs, vegetables and protein. And finally, and most importantly, they mean less dishes! Win, win, win.
Two of my most popular one pot meals are my One Pot Mince and Pasta and my One Pot Meatballs and Gnocchi. Give them a go, you won’t be disappointed.
