Baking

I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember. Like many of you, my first memories of baking were with my mum, in the kitchen, licking the spatula!

Now that I have my own kids, I enjoy baking with them too. We love to make slices, loaves, cakes and lots and lots of cookies.

Some of my most popular baking recipes are the ones people can remember from their childhoods such as Nana’s Date Loaf, Banana Muffins with Lemon Icing and of course Weetbix Slice!
