Salad

A selection of epic salads that are so good, they can easily be the star of the meal.  

I like my salads with seasonal fresh veg, a good source of protein, a bit of crunch and a really yummy dressing! 

Some great summer BBQ options are my Prawn Cocktail Salad and Grilled Salmon and Potato Salad . But don’t let the cold put you off! My Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Salad or Steak Salad with Miso Salad are both hearty options that can be enjoyed all year long.
