Chicken

I have significantly more chicken recipes than any other meat on my website. I think this comes down to the fact that chicken is so affordable. In addition, chicken has a very mild flavour which young kids can get on board with. 

The other great thing about chicken is just how versatile it is. In my Tuscan Chicken Thighs recipe I cook the meat in cream and sundried tomatoes. However chicken also goes really well in salads like my Mexican Chicken Salad and Moroccan Chicken Salad.

The popularity of my Whole Chicken Soup seems to grow every winter! While my Quick Teriyaki Chicken Bowls are popular all year long.
