Any chance you have a good take away style mashed potato and gravy recipe?
I couldn't find one on here, but thought maybe in the village??
Thanks 🙂
VJ cooks
I do have one which was released in the village in November! It will be on the website in the next few months.
Rachel
I made this tonight but I substituted the Cornflakes for Rice Bubbles as I didn’t have any. They were so yum and easy peasy to make. Thank you for another fab recipe Vanya!
VJ cooks
Oh that's a great idea! So please you enjoyed them.
Sarah
Hello, would this work with tenders and baked do you think, or would they be too dry?
VJ cooks
Oh I haven't tried that sorry. Let me know how you get on!
Mary
Omg I made these last night and they were absolutely amazing, even my picky kids loved it. My daughter usually doesn’t like eating chicken but she ate three drumsticks. Thank you for such amazing recipes. I’ve also made the butter chicken, beef noodle stir fry, one pot mince and the curried sausages and they were all a hit with my family.

Thank you for the lovely feedback Mary. I'm so pleased to hear you've enjoyed my recipes 🙂
Claudia
Is this even better if left to marinade overnight or better not?
VJ cooks
It won't hurt the chicken to marinate it overnight, but 30 minutes is totally sufficient.

sounds great will try tonight thanks
