Some days you just crave red meat. Beef is an excellent source of protein and iron which can help with the development of muscle growth and reducing fatigue. Nutrition aside, I also really like the taste of it.
In summer, one of my favourite meals is my Thai Beef Salad. This is a great sharing salad that is full of flavour. In the cooler months I like to slow cook my beef and my Slow Cooker Spaghetti Bolognese is a great place to start.
