Ravioli baked in a homemade sauce made from tasty beef mince, tomato sauce, herbs and cream cheese, then topped with golden cheese. This easy, family-friendly meal is ideal for busy weeknights.
I don't think you can ever have too many mince and pasta recipes on hand. It's a classic combo because it tastes delicious, is easy to prepare and the kids love it too. Well, most of the time! This meal uses pre-made ravioli, (a type of pasta that has a filling inside) adding extra flavour to the dish.

Ingredient notes:
- Ravioli: I used two packets of ravioli, but you can also swap out for tortellini, or even substitute with your favourite plain pasta.
- Pasta Sauce: I like this pasta sauce in a can as it has vegetables in it too, but feel free to use fresh pasta sauce, or a can of crushed or sieved tomatoes and add your own vegetables.
- Beef Mince: This versatile dish could be made with any type of mince including chicken, pork, lamb or venison. I've gone for classic beef in this version.
