Lamb

Having grown up on a sheep farm, I have a lot of experience cooking lamb.

One of my favourite family traditions is Roast Lamb with Onion Gravy on a Sunday night.

Lamb doesn’t have to be reserved for low and slow cooking though. BBQ or grilled lamb can make an easy summer meal like in my Lamb and Haloumi Wraps or Grilled Lamb Pita Pockets.
