This Peach Cobbler is everything you want it to be. Cosy, comforting, tasty and super easy to make. Made from pantry staples, you can easily adapt this recipe with your favourite canned fruit in syrup. This cobbler tastes delicious on its own, or serve it with vanilla ice cream, custard or Greek yoghurt for something less sweet. This is the second cobbler recipe I've made for the website.
