This Cranberry Gin Fizz has gone absolutely bonkers on my social media pages! I can't say I'm surprised. It's incredibly easy to prepare, made from a delicious combination of flavours and is also super pretty. It would make a perfect addition to any Christmas celebrations.

Simply fill a glass with ice, add the cranberry juice and gin, top with Prosecco and voila! Add a sprig of rosemary for colour and some pomegranate seeds if you're feeling extra fancy.

Cranberry Gin Fizz

Ingredient notes:

Gin: I used a berry gin to make this cocktail simply because it was in the cupboard! Feel free to use your favourite gin.
Cranberry juice: This is what gives the cocktail it's pretty pink colour and tart flavour.
Prosecco: Any type of sparkling wine can be used in this recipe. Prosecco, Lindauer, sparkling rosé or sparkling sauvignon blanc.

Step by step instructions:

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour over the gin and cranberry juice, then give it a gentle stir.
