Baileys lovers, look no further, this is the cocktail for you. My Ferrero Rocher Frappé is creamy, chocolatey and has just the right amount of liqueur in it - not too much! This iced drink is perfect for the warm, summery Christmases we have in New Zealand.
The only equipment you need to make this cocktail is a blender! Simply add the ingredient to the blender, blitz and pour into your Nutella and peanut lined glasses! If you want to take them a little further, top with whipped cream and a little cocoa.

Ingredient notes:
- Baileys: An Irish cream liqueur made from whiskey, cream, cocoa and vanilla.
- Frangelico: A hazelnut liqueur that is golden in colour.
- Ferrero Rocher: Everyone's favourite golden chocolate, wafer treat!

Step by step instructions:
Fill a blender halfway with ice. Add Baileys, Frangelico and chocolate milk.
Add 2 Ferrero Rochers. Blitz until smooth.
Line the rims of two glasses with Nutella and dip in chopped peanuts. Pour the frappe into glasses.
Top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with cocoa powder and chopped Ferrero Rochers. Serve immediately!

- 60ml Baileys
- 60ml Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)
- 200ml chocolate milk
- 4 Ferrero Rochers
To Serve
- Nutella
- Chopped peanuts
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
Instructions

- Line the rims of two glasses with Nutella and dip in chopped peanuts.
