A refreshing rosé sangria spritz made from sliced strawberries nectarines and lime mixed with rosé wine, white rum, lemonade, ice and mint.
This Rosé Sangria Spritz is fruity, fizzy, and perfect for festive gatherings. Especially here in New Zealand where Christmas is smack bang in the middle of summer!
Absolutely any type of seasonal fresh fruit can be used. Use whatever you have to hand including, strawberries, nectarines, limes, raspberries, blueberries, apricots, blackberries, peaches or lemons. Ingredient notes:
- Summer fruit: I used 1 nectarine, half a lime and a handful of fresh strawberries with the green part removed! You could also use apricots, raspberries, blueberries or peaches if you like!
- Rosé: Any type of rosé will work in this recipe.
- White rum: I used Bacardi in my sangria. You can absolutely use whatever you have to hand.

Step by step instructions:
Fill a jug with ice and sliced summer fruit. Pour in the rosé and white rum.
Stir to combine, then top with lemonade.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve chilled.
Pour into individual glasses with a slice of fruit served on the side.

Rosé Sangria Spritz

- 2 cups ice
- 1.5 cups fresh summer fruit, sliced (e.g. nectarine, strawberries, lime)
- 300ml Rosé
- 120ml White Rum
- 250ml Lemonade
- Fresh mint to garnish
Instructions
