Ingredient notes:

- Cheese: Although there is a difference between Camembert and Brie (the former has a slightly earthier/tangier flavour to it, whereas the latter is milder and creamier), in this recipe the two can be used interchangeably. I use whatever is on special!
- Cranberry: Any type of cranberry sauce can be used.
- Hot Honey: I love the addition of hot honey but of course feel free to leave it out if you prefer.

Recipe FAQs:
Absolutely! Brie works just as well in this recipe and has a similar creamy texture and mild flavour.

Of course. The hot honey is completely optional. You can leave it out for a milder flavour or use regular honey for a touch of sweetness without the heat.
Storage:
This dish is best served fresh and warm, straight from the air fryer. If you have leftovers, cover and refrigerate them for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 160°C until warmed through and melted again.
Top tips:
- Cut the cheese into cubes: This helps the cheese melt evenly and makes it easier to scoop up when serving.
- Use a small ovenproof dish: Choose a dish that fits your air fryer and keeps the melted cheese together.
- Keep an eye on it: Air fryers can vary, so check the cheese after 6 minutes and cook until melted and bubbling.
- Make it your own: Fresh rosemary makes a lovely garnish, and you can leave out the hot honey if you prefer a milder flavour.
- Serve straight away: This is best enjoyed warm while the cheese is gooey and melted. Offer plenty of crackers, toasted baguette slices or crusty bread for dipping.
