The VJ cooks team is made up of busy mums with young children. This helpful e-book was born out of a desire to get our own kids in the kitchen more. When we realised which recipes we were already cooking successfully with our kids, we decided to put them in one place for all the other busy parents out there.
I hope this e-book reduces the fatigue of having to decide 'what's for dinner' every night, and that your family enjoys helping in the kitchen too!
