An extremely tasty pizza made from pre-made, slow cooker bbq pulled pork, pizza bases, caramelised onion relish, spring onion, cream cheese and mozzarella. This is such an amazing combination.
This recipe for BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza was born out of the age-old question - "what shall we do with the leftovers?". After making some BBQ Pulled Pork in the slow cooker and enjoying it in burgers on night one, we were left with a decent amount of leftovers which we decided to make pizza with.
These pizzas turned out so well! The combination of the pulled pork with the tangy onion relish and the decadent cream cheese is next level. Serve with fresh rocket for a lovely peppery green flavour.

Recipe FAQs:
Yes of course. It will still taste amazing with a tomato sauce on the base. The caramelised onion just adds a lovely sweetness to the pizza which my family and I love.
Yes it can! In fact, that's my favourite thing to do with my pulled pork. We'll eat it one night either in burgers or bao buns, then I'l freeze the rest in snap lock bags. Simply allow the pork to defrost completely then use on top of your pizzas.
Storage:
Store any leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
